Current upgrades and improvements to University of Wyoming Athletics Department facilities are highlighted by the new outdoor track and field complex, which is ahead of schedule and will be completed by the end of July.

The new synthetic surface outdoor track is nearly ready to be put in place, landscaping around the department's facilities continues and the Cowboy Wrestling practice room is nearer completion.

Painting and installation of new wall mats is complete in the Cowboy Wrestling room. Additional improvements will continue through the summer. The main entrance to the Athletics offices has been landscaped using moss rock. A new sign and landscaping have been placed at the entrance of the UNIWYO Sports Complex, home of Cowboy Wrestling and Cowgirl Volleyball.
