She was a four-year swimming letterwinner. She was a Montana Coaches Association All-State selection from 2007 to 2011. She still holds the Montana state record in the 100 backstroke. She was also crowned a Montana State Champion seven times. She excelled in the classroom as well as in the pool being named Academic All-State all four years. In 2011, she earned the Principal's academic award. Personal: Denny was born in Billings, Mont., on April 21, 1993. She is the daughter of Les and Jan.
