At Wyoming:
Freshman- Dilworth made an immediate impact on the Cowboy swimming program as a freshman. Dilworth won the Mountain West Conference Championship in the 100 backstroke with a time of 48.33. That time is the fastest in Wyoming school history and the third fastest in conference history. Dilworth also placed fourth in the 200 IM and eighth in the 200 backstroke. He owns the third and second fastest times respectively at UW in those events. Dilworth also wrote his name in the relay record books by being apart of the fastest 200 and 400 medley relays in school history. He earned First Team All-MWC honors in the 100 backstroke and 200 IM. During the summer he competed at the U.S. Open Championships in the backstroke events. Dilworth earned his first letter award and was named MWC Swimmer of the Week once during the season. In the classroom, Dilworth also earned honors by being named Academic All-Conference.
High School: At Sunrise Mountain High School Dilworth was the four time swimmer of the year in his region. He also lettered all four years
Personal: He was born on Nov. 30, 1989 in Toledo, Ohio. He is the son of Cris and Jim and has three siblines, Bekah, Weston, and Conni. He is majoring in Kinesiology.
