Wyoming Swimming Has Productive Meet At DU Relays

Cowboys and Cowgirls combine for seven event wins.

High School: Parker swam his freshman and senior years of high school, earning numerous awards and setting many school records. His senior year he was named his team MVP. He set a state-championship record in the 50 freestyle with a time of 21.43. He helped his team to a Mid-Willamette Conference and Oregon State Championship in 2011. As a freshman in high school he was also named his team MVP, helping the team to a conference championship and a state runner-up finish. Parker was involved in student government, as well as a member of the scholastic All-America team.

Personal: Parker was born on Oct. 7, 1992 in Juneau, Alaska. He is the son of David and Lindsay. He has two sisters, Heather and Zoe. He plans to major in kinesiology and health promotion while at UW. After UW he would like to become a physical therapist.
