At Wyoming: Freshman - As a true freshman, Russenberger became the Wyoming record holder in both the 100 and 200 breaststroke events. She set both records at the 2005 MWC Championships as she swam to a second place finish in the 100 and a third place finish in the 200. She was named First Team All-MWC in both events. She also swam on the 400 and 800 freestyle relays as well as the 400 medley relay at conference. She competed in the 2005 World Championship Trials and finished 39th in the country in the 100-meter breaststroke. She was named Academic All-MWC and earned her first letter award. High School: She was a 2003 state champion in the 100 breaststroke. She was a NISCA All-American her junior and senior year's. She was a school record holder in numerous events, was an All-State selection and a three time letterwinner. Personal: Born June 5, 1986 in St. Louis Park, Minn.
