Tyler Miller Named MWC Men's Diver of the Week

LARAMIE, Wyo. - For the third consecutive week, a Cowboy diver has been selected as the Mountain West Conference's Diver of the Week. Tyler Miller received the award on Wednesday after a great showing at last weekend's Air Force Diving Invite.
Miller, a junior from Greeley, Colo., was the highest-placing MWC diver in both springboard events at the 2008 Air Force Diving Invitational. He placed third in the one-meter and three-meter events and also finished second in the platform event. In the one-meter dive he turned in a score of 287.15, while collecting 295.70 points in the three-meter dive. Both scores were personal-bests. In the platform he scored a season-best 247.05. This is the first weekly honor of Miller's career.
