Banks improved nearly every time he set foot on the track this year, setting five personal records and earning six top-five finishes. His best finish of the season came in the CSU-Pueblo Invite, in which he won the 3,000-meter steeplechase. He earned Wyoming points in the steeplechase in the MW Outdoor Championships, finishing seventh with a personal-best mark of 9:13.97. High School... Banks gained experience representing his country in international competition in cross country and in mountain running.
