Last season was Blake's first back from injury. He has been healthy since then and will be looking to stamp his authority on the conference and nationally in the horizontal jumps. Look for Blake to regain his All-Conference honors and vye for regional honors as well. In 2004 at the MWC Indoor Championships, Jackson soared to a second place finish. He also placed fifth in the same meet in the long jump. That same year at the MWC Outdoor Championships, he placed eighth in the long jump. Jackson would also score points in the triple jump with a seventh place finish.
