Britney continued to impress as a multi-event athlete for the Cowgirls. She participated in several events and was one of the top competitors for Wyoming. She had the top mark in high jump (5-feet, 7 inches), third in long jump (17-6 3/4), first in triple jump (36-5) and first in the heptathlon, with 3,388 points, which is the highest mark in UW women's history. She'll be counted on again this season for the Cowgirls. 2008-09... In Britney's first season competing in the multi-events, she exceeded all expectations as she finished the pentathlon in sixth place at the indoor Mountain West Conference Championships. Her score of 3,306 points was her personal best and good for second-best in school history. 2007-08... A letterwinner during the indoor season, Britney placed eighth in the high jump at the indoor MWC Championships with her leap of 5-5. She also competed in the triple jump on several occasions and had her best jump at the Cougar Invite in Provo, Utah. She landed in the sand 36-2 from the starting board. High School... Britney lettered in three sports: basketball, volleyball and track. She was the captain of her basketball and track team. Personal... Britney is the daughter of Robbie Jackson and Suzie Williams. She was born on July 4 in Casper, Wyo. Britney is majoring in accounting.
