Lane competed very well in both the indoor and outdoor seasons. Between the two seasons he competed in 11 meets, finishing among the top 10 in seven races. He also recorded four personal records, two during each season. One of those records came in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:53.60 during the outdoor MWC Championships. 2009-10... Lane had the Cowboys' top mark in the 800-meter run for the year, posting a time of 1:55.90 at the Fum McGraw Open during the outdoor season. He also posted the top time in the 1,500-meter run, posting a 4:08.84 mark. High School... While at Overland High School, Lane was a four-year letterman in cross country while lettering three times in track and field. In 2007, he finished third at the cross country state meet. Personal...
