02/15/2012 Cowboys and Cowgirls Host Shine InvitationalTrack meet serves as last event before MW Indoor Championships 01/28/2012 Wyoming Wraps Up Action At Air Force Team ChallengeCowboy and Cowgirl track team members produce more all-time marks 2010-11... Urbanoski posted two personal records last season, and was one of the Cowgirls most effective jumpers and sprinters. She ran in six events in the indoor season, and one in the outdoor season. She was eighth at the MW Indoor Championships in the long jump, with a leap of 18-1 3/4. 2009-10... Urbanoski's freshman year was a resounding success as she performed well in all her events in both the sprints and the jumps. She had several top-five finishes and set personal records in nearly every event. Her best finish was at the MWC Championships, where she placed 11th in the long jump with a leap of 17-10 3/4. She added a win in the Air Force Invite in the long jump, and she was second in the Robert Shine Invite in the 55-meter dash with a time of 7.36 seconds. High School... Urbanoski was a four-year letterman in track and field and ran cross country her freshman year. During track, she was a two-time all-conference and all-state selection, as well as the state champion in the long jump her sophomore, junior and senior years. Her senior year, she also was named the Western Slope League Regional MVP for her championships in the long jump and 100-meter dash. Academically, she was on the honor roll all four years, as well as being named to the Academic All-Conference team her junior and senior years. Personal...
