Meet Information/Schedule of Events Get Acrobat Reader

The University of Wyoming men's and women's track and field teams kick off their 2007 indoor season this Saturday at the War Memorial Fieldhouse by hosting the Wyoming Open.

The meet will begin with the field events starting at noon and the track events to follow at approximately 2:30.

The Cowboys and Cowgirls are returning senior Shaylee Babbit (hurdles), sophomore John Alderson (jumps), junior Mark Korir (distance), junior Jake Shanklin (throws) and sophomore Keith Brauneis (sprints) who were All-Mountain West Conference selections from a year ago. The Cowgirls also return two members of the 2004 All-American relay team in Sharon Larrier and Amanda Yentes (Hopper) for their senior years.

Participating in this year's Wyoming Open will be UW and Colorado State, as well as some unattached individuals.
