2007-08... A letter winner during the cross country season as she competed in every meet throughout the year. During the indoor season she ran very well at the Adidas Classic in Lincoln, Neb., in the 3,000-meter run with her personal best time of 10:15.91 good for 10th place at the meet. The outdoor season was another very successful season for Alysha as she set her personal bests in the 1,500m, 5,000m, and the 10,000-meter races. At the Front Range Invite here in Laramie she placed fifth in the 1,500-meter run with her time of 4:46.75. For her accomplishments in the classroom, Alysha was rewarded with the MWC Scholar Athlete award as well as being named to the All-Academic team during the fall and spring semesters. High School... Davis was a four-year letterman in both track and cross country. In cross country, Alysha was All-Conference and All-State for three years. In track, Alysha was All-Conference for two years. In the classroom, Alysha was on the Honor Roll for all four years of High School. Personal... Davis was born March 31st, 1989 in Richmond, Ind., she is the daughter of Amy and Bruce Davis.
