Matt Hudson

Hudson is a middle-distance runner who will be using the cross country season to train. Hopes to compete for MWC honors during the track season. Wyoming's top competitor in the 1,500 meters (3:47.67) during the '04 outdoor season, and ran the mile (4:15.47) during the '04 indoor season. Also ran the 800 meters (1:56.31). Hudson turned in a NCAA Midwest Regional qualifying performance at the New Mexico Invite in the men's 1,500 meters. Suffered a torn ligament in his foot in '03, which took a long time to heal. He performed well in the mile run for the Pokes during the indoor season lof '02 placing 11th at the 2002 MWC Indoor Championships.
