2008-09... As a part of the cross country team, she competed in three of seven meets for the Cowgirls.

High School... Alex was a four year letterman in cross country as well as lettering twice in track and field. While on the cross country team she won the most improved award in 2005, the team MVP and the team captain in 2007. Academically she was on the honor roll all four years and the yearbook editor for two.

Personal... Alex was born Sept., 10, in Indianapolis, Ind. She is the daughter of Christy and Keith Kesterson and has one brother, Andrew. Alex intends on majoring in Pre-Med, while she is here at UW and plans on becoming a sports doctor someday.
