2009-10... McKynzie had the top time for the Cowgirls in the 800-meter run, posting a 2:22.11 mark at the Front Range Classic in Fort Collins, Colo.

2008-09... As a part of the cross country team and track and field squad, McKynzie competed in four of six meets the Cowgirl harriers traveled to. Her top finish was at the Montana State Invitational, where she placed 56th.

2007-08... McKynzie redshirted during the 2007-08 season.

High School... McKynzie was a member of the track and cross country team for four years, and three of those years, she was on the All-Conference and All-Region team. She was All-State one year in track for being part of the winning 4-by-800-meter relay team.

Personal... McKynzie was born Jan. 29, in Plantation, Fla. Her parents are Linda and Mike Maher. McKynzie chose UW because of the coaching staff and the friendly atmosphere.
