2007-08... During Greg's first year of competition he competed in the 3,000-meter, 5,000-meter and 3,000-meter steeplechase events. During the Indoor season, Greg finished seventh at the Adidas Classic in Lincoln, Neb., in the 3,000-meter run with his personal best time of 8:36.84. While competing in the 3,000-meter steeplechase he placed 16th in Palo Alto, Calif., at the Stanford Invite. For Greg's accomplishments in the classroom he was awarded with a conference Scholar Athlete Award as well as being named to the Academic All-Conference team. High School... He was a four-time cross country Athlete of the Year, while earning the outdoor track Athlete of the Year in 2006. This past year, he was a member of the Canadian Junior National Cross Country Team and the Canadian Junior National NACAC Cross Country Team. He was the National Champion in the 2,000m steeplechase, at the Chase Legion 17 and under National Track and Field Championships. Miller helped his team to Provincial Cross Country Championships in 2005 and 2006 and the Outdoor High School Track and Field Provincial Championship in 2006. Personal... Greg was born July 28th, 1989 in Winnipeg, Canada. He is the son of Joan and Doug Miller, he has one older sister, Amber.
