2007-08... Shadrack was a letterwinner as a member of the cross country team as he placed 25th in the 8k MWC Championships in Albuquerque, New Mexico. During the Indoor season he ran the second best time in the 1 Mile for the Pokes at the MWC Championships, with his time of 4:17.77.

2006-07... A letterwinner for the cross country team, Shadrack placed second in the 800m, at the outdoor Wyoming Invite. Shadrack looks to improve on his 1 mile time of 4:27, that he ran at the Indoor MWC Championships.

2005-06... Again a primary point scorer for the cross country team he also lettered in outdoor track, where he placed eighth at the CU Invite in the 1,500m.

2004-05... During Shadrack's freshman year he placed eighth at the Cougar Invite in the 5,000m race. Shadrack redshirted during the indoor season.

Personal... Shadrack was born March 5th, 1985 in Kapsabet, Kenya. He is the son of Roselyn and Peter Koech.
