LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - Mikhail Linskens scored 23 points and Brandon Ewing added 19 to help lead Wyoming to a 78-53 victory over Cal State Bakersfield on Wednesday night.

Tyson Johnson scored 12 points for Wyoming, and Joseph Taylor grabbed 12 rebounds.

Ewing hit two 3-pointers as Wyoming built a 22-6 lead to open the game. The Cowboys (9-12) scored seven of the final nine points in the half to go into the break ahead 42-27.

Linskens scored four straight points to cap a 7-2 run that gave the Cowboys a 60-39 lead with nine minutes to play, and Ewing scored six points in a three-minute span later in the period to push the advantage to 69-46.

Trent Blakley finished with eight points and nine rebounds for the Roadrunners (7-16). Cory Brown scored eight points.
