LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - Josh Davis scored 19 points in leading Wyoming past Cal State Northridge 86-64 Thursday night.
Wyoming, which led 45-37 at the break thanks to Davis' 11 first-half points, went on a 13-2 run early in the second half for a 61-45 lead at the 13:15 mark.
The Cowboys maintained a double-digit lead the rest of the game, going up by as many as 25 points.
Davis, who played just 17 minutes, was 8-of-11 from the field, including two 3-pointers.
Donta Richardson added 13 points, Ronell Mingo 11 and Jason Straight 10 for Wyoming (5-2). Mingo also had 10 rebounds.
Markus Carr, who entered the game averaging 21.5 points for Northridge (1-4), was held to just 12 on 5-of-15 shooting. Northridge's next leading scorer was Chris Davis with just seven points.
Wyoming has won all four of its home games this season.
