FULLERTON, Calif. (AP) - Josh Davis scored 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to help Wyoming defeat Cal State Fullerton 78-61 Saturday.

Wyoming (5-1) went on an 11-0 run to increase their lead to 66-50 with 8:01 remaining. Cal State Fullerton was held scoreless for 4 1/2 minutes until Ike Harmon's layup snapped the drought with 3:33 to play. Harmon finished with 13.

Cal State Fullerton (1-5) was led by Keith Richardson's 14 points. Ugo Udezue finished with 12 points for Wyoming.

Cal State Fullerton committed 24 turnovers and made only 60 percent of their free throws (21-of-35). Wyoming hit 22-of-27 from the free-throw line.
