Northridge followed that performance with another strong road game at UNLV. Northridge lost to the Runnin' Rebels but only by one point 69-70 in Las Vegas.

Road Trip Continues This Week for the Cowboys in California: This week's games at Cal State Northridge and Cal State Fullerton will be the first true road games for the Wyoming Cowboys in the 2000-01 season.

Wyoming has played away from Laramie once, this past Sunday at Billings, Mont., where they defeated Montana State 77-62. But that game was technically a neutral-site game, since Montana State is located in Bozeman, Mont.

Wyoming was 5-9 overall in road games a year ago. That was the most road wins for the Pokes since the 1991-92 season, when the Cowboys posted a 5-7 road mark.
