UW This Season: Donate Morgan missed 2009 spring drills due to injury. As one of, if not the fastest Cowboys, he will be counted on to help stretch opposing defenses in `09. Morgan is slotted to play the "X" outside receiver position, along with fellow senior Greg Bolling and junior Travis Burkhalter. 2008: Morgan caught 11 passes for 95 yards and one touchdown in his first year of competition for the Cowboys. His one touchdown came in a season-opening win over Ohio. His best individual games in `08 were versus: Air Force (three catches for 33 yards) and Ohio (two receptions for 29 yards and one TD). Morgan started five games and played in nine. He earned a scholarship in the spring of 2008 after walking on to the Wyoming Football program in 2007 from St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Ind. He came out of 2008 spring drills listed No. 2 at one of the outside receiving positions behind senior Chris Johnson. 2007: Morgan practiced with the Cowboys in `07, but had to sit out of competition to satisfy NCAA transfer rules. St. Joseph's College: As a true freshman at St. Joseph's College in 2005, Morgan played in 10 of his team's 11 games, catching 13 passes for 221 yards and one touchdown. He averaged 22.1 yards per reception as a freshman. In 2006, he played in only two games at St. Joseph's College. High School: He played his high school football at Mt. Carmel High School in Chicago, Ill. He joins current Cowboy and former Mt. Carmel High player Keith Lewis on the Cowboy roster. Personal: He is the son of Annette and Carey Wright.
