Justin Morgan joins Mt. Carmel High School teammates Donate Morgan, Mark Oliver and Keith Lewis at the University of Wyoming. With Oliver and Lewis, Morgan helped lead Mt. Carmel to the Illinois Class 8A State Championship game in 2006, Morgan's junior season.

Justin Morgan was forced to miss his entire senior season after breaking his collar bone during fall camp. As a leader from the sidelines, he watched Mt. Carmel advance to semifinal game of the Illinois State Playoffs. Being forced to the sidelines, Morgan was able to concentrate on improving in the weight room and has gained a great deal of size and strength over the past months. Morgan's high school coach was Frank Lenti.

His parents are Lynne Madden and Michael Morgan. He was recruited by Northern Illinois and Western Michigan. He has not yet decided on a college major.
