Removal of upper-middle sections begins.

LARAMIE, Wyo. -

Both cranes are now working along the west sideline. Concrete in the upper-middle sections is being removed. Phase one continues with existing precast light weight concrete L-Beam risers being removed, as well as the front and side fascia panels.
