LARAMIE, Wyo. -

A third, larger crane is now in use to pick the existing L-Beams from the upper-middle sections. No updates have been posted in the last couple of weeks as the arrival of the third crane was anticipated. During this time, smaller scale, less-noticeable work progressed. Phase one nears completion with existing precast light weight concrete L-Beam risers being removed, as well as the front and side fascia panels.
