LARAMIE, Wyo. -

The crushed rock field base, covered with a layer of rolled sand is now almost completely in place, and crews have begun to unroll the new synthetic playing surface onto the field.

The base of crushed rock is leveled. The concrete apron and crushed rock along the east sideline. Rolls of turf are moved onto the field after sand was rolled over the crushed rock base.
