2008-09: As one of five seniors on the squad, Grant gives UW good depth and experience at the lower weights. He could compete at either 125 or 133 pounds depending on the team's needs.

2007-08: His junior year, Grant was the season long starter at 125 pounds. He finished with an overall record of 9-18 and was 5-7 in duals. Cody had an exciting win with a throw in the last five seconds against Cal State Fullerton. A good student, he was named to the WWC Comissioner's Honor Roll.

2006-07: Grant finished the year with a 4-11 record, one pin and one major decision.

2005-06: Grant saw time as a true freshman at the 125 pound division and recorded a 7-15 overall record with one major decision.

High School: Cody was a 3A Wyoming state champion all four years of high school. He wrestled at 103 pounds his freshman and sophomore seasons and 119 pounds his junior and senior seasons. Grant was also a four-time Academic All-American and a member of the National Honors Society.

Personal: Born September 23, 1985 in Scottsbluff, Neb. He is one of two sons of Valerie and Craig Grant. He is a kinesiology and health promotion major at UW.
