UW This Season: One of eight returning letterwinners...gained valuable experience in her first full season...adds depth to the inside game.

Sophomore (2007-08): Played in her first regular season game of her career against Northern Colorado (12/17/07)...played in four games total on the year...finished with a career high three rebounds against UNC (12/17/07)...scored her first two points of her career against UNLV (1/23/08)...saw her first action as a Cowgirl in the exhibition game against Chadron State (11/2/07)...had three rebounds and one point in ten minutes of play.

Redshirt Freshman (2006-07): Suffered a knee injury and was out for the entire season.

Freshman (2005-06): Did not play after joining the team in January.

High School: A two-time Junior All-Australian Camp selection in 2002 and 2003 while attending Sacred Heart High School...represented the Victoria Province for the Under 20 team that won the gold medal in 2005...was also a member of the Under 20 `Gem's" Australian basketball squad and earned a scholarship to play at the Australian Institute of Sport in 2004...selected Wyoming over several schools.

Personal: Full name Gemma Lee Koehler...born September 12, 1987 in Stawell, Victoria, Australia...the daughter of Russell and Jenni Koehler...has two sisters, Abby and Madison...is currently majoring in physical education-teaching.
