High School: Howard comes to the Cowgirls from Stephen F. Austin High School where she was a high school teammate of current Cowgirl Sydney Jones. She was a four-year letter winner in soccer during high school. She earned first-team All-District and second-team All-Greater Houston in 2010. Howard helped Stephen F. Austin to a regional semifinal appearance in 2009 as well as an ESPN National High School ranking of No. 11 in the nation in 2010. She played club soccer with Eclipse SC and led them to a 2009 South Texas State Championship and Region III quarterfinal appearance.

Personal: Howard was born on Oct. 2, 1992 in Houston, Texas. She is the daughter of Darrell Howard and Lori Rastelli and has a sister Megan. She plans to major in kinesiology at UW.
