Morgan Johnson Class: Junior Hometown: Casper, Wyo. High School: Kelly Walsh Height: 5-9 Position: Defender

2007: Johnson played in five games and took one shot in her second season as a Cowgirl.

2006: Johnson played in three games for the Cowgirls as a true freshman.

High School: Johnson was a Wyoming All-State soccer player as a sophomore, junior and senior. She was also named All-Conference and All-Region all four years of her high school career. She was a team captain her senior year and helped lead Kelly Walsh to the state championship her junior year. She lettered in soccer all four years of high school. She was a multi sport athlete at Kelly Walsh High School and also earned letter awards in basketball and swimming. She was a basketball team captain and All-Conference selection her senior year. She also helped lead her swimming team to a third place finish in the state of Wyoming her senior year. She was named the Kelly Walsh Trojan Athlete of the Year as a senior. She excelled in the classroom and was a four year member of the National Honor Society and Kelly Walsh's Honor Roll.

Personal: She is the daughter of Laurie and Chris Johnson and has an older sister, Meagan, and two younger brothers, Zachary and Harrison. She was born on July 10, 1987 in Mt. Pleasant, Mich. She is majoring in health sciences.
