Katie Mitchell Class: Freshman Hometown: Saline, Mich. High School: Saline Height: 5-4 Position: Forward/Midfielder

High School: Mitchell was a two year letterwinner in soccer at Saline High. Saline won both their conference and district championships in both her junior and senior seasons. She played club soccer for the Saline Impact and won the Michigan State Premier League Championship in 2004. The Impact won the 2005 National Indoor Soccer Championship and made it to the finals in 2004. She was a four year member of the honor roll and graduated with highest honors.

Personal: Born August 18, 1987 in Boulder, Colo. She is the daughter of Dave and Deb and has two younger sisters. She is majoring in architectural engineering.
