2005: Despite playing through some injuries, Nagel managed to play in 16 games with starts in six of them. She took 23 shots, the third most on the team. She earned her third letter award.

2004: Nagel scored two goals and dished out four assists during her sophomore season. Her four assists were the third most in a single season in UW history at the time and were the eighth most in the MWC in 2004. She scored the game winning goal in Wyoming's 1-0 road win over MWC rival Air Force. She took 23 shots and earned her second letter award.

2003: Led the Cowgirls in shots with 17 while scoring two goals and notching one assist. She ranked tenth in the MWC, averaging 2.31 shots a game. She played in 16 games, starting 14. She missed playing time down the stretch of the season with a broken finger.

High School: She was an All-Conference honoree as well as an All-State Honorable Mention selection during her career at Arapahoe High School. She was voted team offensive MVP her junior year and also helped Arapahoe High School win the 5A State Championship her freshman year.

Personal: She was born May 19, 1985 in Denver, Colo. She is one of three children to Greg and Ruthanne Nagel. Her younger sister, Anna, is a sophomore on the Cowgirl soccer team this season. She was also recruited by Tennessee Tech and Middle Tennessee State. She is majoring in family and consumer science.
