2010: Sheffield played in all 20 games and started six games in her sophomore season. She helped provide a spark on the Cowgirl front line, scoring one goal and assisting with another. The one goal she scored on the season was a game winning goal against Idaho. Sheffield took the fifth-most shots on the team with 13, seven of the 13 shots were on goal. She earned her second Cowgirl letter award.

2009: Redshirted due to injury.

2008: Sheffield played in nine games as a freshman and started one game. She took two shots and scored her first career goal in a win against South Dakota. Sheffield earned MWC Academic All-Conference and received her first letter award.

High School: Sheffield was a four-sport athlete in which she lettered for three years in soccer, cross country and track and field. She also earned a letter in badminton her senior year. Her freshman year, she was the Seton Catholic High School MVP in Arizona and won the 3A state championship, which was the team's fourth year in a row. Her junior season she was first in goals, first in assists and was a Second Team All-Region selection at Chandler High School. She won the rookie of the year award and was a co-captain for the South Bank Lady Bugs Arizona Club team. Her senior season, Sheffield helped Silver Creek become the No. 1-ranked team in the Northern Colorado Conference as well as the South Bank Lady Bugs in Arizona. Sheffield has also excelled in the classroom being named a member of the National Honors Society for two years and was also an AP/IB Scholar.

Personal: She was born Jan. 13, 1990 in Boulder, Colo. She is the daughter of Ana and Robert Sheffield. She is majoring in kinesiology and health promotion.
