2006: Soltau played in five games her junior year and added depth to the midfield position. She missed extensive playing time due to an injury.

2005: Soltau played in all 19 games her sophomore year, starting nine. She scored one goal, the game winner in UW's 2-1 win over Northern Colorado. She took 13 shots on the year. She continued to excel academically and was named MWC Scholar Athlete and Academic All-Conference for the second consecutive season. She earned her second letter award at UW.

2004: Soltau made an immediate impact for the Cowgirls as a true freshman by scoring one goal and dishing out two assists while playing in 17 games. Her goal was the game winner in UW's 1-0 win over Charleston Southern in Northern Arizona University's La Quinta Mountain Classic. She started two games, had the highest shot percentage on the team (.200) and earned her first letter award. She was named a MWC Scholar Athlete and was an Academic All-MWC selection.

High School: She was an All-State Selection and a Second Team All-League selection in 2003. She was a member of the Heritage High School Honor Roll. She was a team captain in 2004.

Personal: She was born April 14, 1986 in Reno, Nev. She is one of two children of Mary and Eric Soltau. She was also recruited by Montana State and the University of Louisiana. She is majoring in secondary education-math.
