2007: Thieman played in 12 games and took two shots for the Cowgirls. She continued to take care of business in the classroom by being named to the Academic All-MWC Team for the third straight year.

2006: Thieman started 16 games as a sophomore and scored two goals from her midfield position including the game winner against Northern Colorado. Her second goal came during the Cowgirls win over Air Force at home. She also excelled in the classroom by being named to the Academic All-Conference Team and earning the MWC Scholar-Athlete Award. She earned her second letter award. As a member of the Colorado Rush U-19 club program, she won the U.S. Soccer National Club Championship in the summmer of 2006.

2005: Thieman was a vital part of the midfield as she played in 18 games and started 17 as a true freshman. She scored her first career point in the Cowgirls first game of the season when she dished out an assist in UW's 3-0 win over Charleston Southern. She also scored one goal on the year, the game winner over Portland State. She took 12 shots on the year. She also excelled in the classroom and was named MWC Scholar Athlete and Academic All-Conference. She earned her first letter award.

High School: Thieman was a three-time letterwinner in soccer at Chatfield High School and was a member of the honor roll all four years of high school. She was a member of the Colorado State Championship team in 2004 and was a league champion in 2003. Over her sophomore and junior seasons, Chatfield compiled a record of 30-5-3. She played club soccer for the Colorado Rush, winning five Colorado State Championships.

Personal: She was born August 21, 1987 in Englewood, Colo. She is the daughter of Dana and Skip Thieman and has an older brother and an older sister. She is majoring in elementary education.
