Laramie, Wyo. -- The University of Wyoming Cowgirl soccer team will play host to Northern Colorado and Metro State in a spring tournament Saturday, April 17, 2004 at the UW Soccer Stadium.

Tournament action will begin at 10:30 a.m., when the Cowgirls host Northern Colorado. UNC will then play back to back games as they take on Metro State at noon. The Cowgirls will then face off against Metro State at 1:30 p.m. in the final match of the day. Each game will consist of two 35 minute periods.

Two weeks ago, the Cowgirls played at the Air Force Academy and in the Southern California Premier Tournament, finishing with a 2-1-1 record. Thus far the Cowgirls have a 5-2-1 record in spring play.

The Cowgirls will play their final spring match of the season in conjuncture with the spring football game on April 24, 2004. The Cowgirls will play an alumni game beginning at 10 a.m. prior to the beginning of the spring football game at 1 p.m.

Tournament Schedule:

10:30 a.m.: Northern Colorado at Wyoming
12:00 p.m.: Metro State vs. Northern Colorado
1:30 p.m.: Metro State at Wyoming
