Freshman (2007): Played in 20 matches and 37 games during her first season with the team...played in the first match of her Cowgirl career against Utah Valley (8/24/07), while her first career start came against Toledo (8/31/07)...recorded 49 kills (1.32 kpg), 26 digs (.70 dpg) and hit .196 (49-21-143) on the year...tallied a career best six kills, one service ace and two block assists against Utah (9/29/07)...finished with a career high six digs, one block solo and two total blocks against New Mexico (9/21/07)...recorded five kills and one dig, while hitting .556 (5-0-9) against Weber State (8/25/07). High School: A two-time First Team All-South Coast League selection, while attending Mission Viejo High School...helped her team to a 22-6 record overall and a South Coast League Championship with a 10-0 conference mark in 2006...the previous two seasons her team went to the Quarterfinals of the CIF-Southern Section...as a senior, she earned Second Team All-CIF Southern Section Division I and All-Orange County honors as well...she was also selected South Coast League Co-MVP, Varsity Team MVP and was a team captain...in 2003, she was named the Freshman Team MVP...was coached in high school by Gus Culver...a three-year letterwinner in volleyball, she also lettered in both track and field and basketball...was a two-time South Coast League Honorable Mention selection (2005-06, 2006-07) and a team captain in 2006-07 for her basketball team...helped her team to four South Coast League Championships in track and field, while being named a team captain in 2007...an excellent student, she was on the principal's honor roll and a Scholar Athlete...played for the Ripcurls 18-1 Club Team and was coached by Dave Holloway...for two seasons, she also played for the Laguna Beach Volleyball Club on the 16 and 17 teams, which was coached by Corey Chandler.
