UW - This Season One of three returning starters to this year's team...as a senior, brings the most experience to the outside hitter position...a very athletic player, who possesses an outstanding vertical jump...an aggressive and intense athlete, who is very coachable...has developed into a strong blocker, and improved her ball control.
Junior (1999) Started in 23 of 28 matches for the Cowgirls in 1999...played in 95 games... missed two matches due to an ankle injury...averaged 2.77 kills per game, which was second on the team...led the team in digs with 241, for an average of 2.41 per game...finished the season with 47 total blocks...registered 12 double-figure kill matches and eight double-figure dig matches during the season...had a career high 24 kills and 18 digs against Arkansas Little Rock (9/11/99)...named to the All-Tournament team at the Sooner Invitational...was voted the Most Improved Player as a freshman and sophomore.
Sophomore (1998) Played in 25 matches and 46 games for the Cowgirls...had 60 kills, averaging 1.30 per game...finished the season with 11 total blocks...added 43 digs to average .93 per game...finished with ten assists...had a season high 11 kills and 32 attempts against Loyola-Marymount (9/19/98).
Freshman (1997) Played in a limited role as an outside hitter...saw action in just three matches as a true freshman...recorded three kills and four digs.
High School An All-Conference selection her junior and senior seasons at Steamboat Springs High School...was a Colorado Coaches Girl Sport and Colorado High School Coaches Association All-State selection her senior season...led her team to a 40-9 record in the Western Slope Conference, and a fifth-place finish in the state tournament as a junior...also recruited by Air Force...active in student council in high school.
