Junior (2003): Started in every match in 2003 for the Cowgirls until the final three due to an illness...led the team in assists with 11.55 per game, which ranked fourth in the conference, and hitting percentage, .319 (129-31-307), which was seventh in the MWC...in conference matches, she was third in assists and ninth in hitting percentage...finished with 160 digs to average 1.57 dpg and 25 service aces to average .25 sapg...hit a season high .600 (6-0-10) against New Mexico (10/18/03)...recorded a season high 65 assists against San Jose State (9/6/03)...finished with a career high 11 kills and 21 attempts, along with ten digs against Weber State (9/6/03)...tallied a career high 15 digs against Baylor (9/13/03) and Florida International (9/13/03)...moved into fourth place all-time in school history with 3,526 career assists...had 40 or more assists in 14 of 28 matches...earned All-Tournament Team honors at the Cowgirl Classic...named First Team Academic All-District VII for the first time in her career, along with earning Academic All-Conference and Scholar Athlete honors for the third time in her career. Sophomore (2002): Started in all 31 matches and played in 112 games during the season...finished first on the team in assists with 1337 (11.94 aspg), which was second overall and fourth in Mountain West Conference play...also tied for first on the team in service aces with 36 (.32 sapg), which was seventh overall in the conference...finished with 153 digs to average 1.37 digs per game...recorded a career high 66 assists in the victory over Weber State (10/21/02)...had a season high seven kills against Seton Hall (9/28/02), along with six service aces in the win over Marquette (8/31/02)...was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Chippewa Classic, the War Eagle Invitational and Big Red Invitational...had 40 or more assists in 19 of 31 matches on the season, including a stretch of eight in a row...surpassed the 2,000 career assists mark in the match against Colorado State (10/25/02) with 41 assists...only five other Cowgirls have reached that milestone in school history...Doman also moved into fifth place on the single-season list in school history with 1,337 assists in 2002...earned Second Team Verizon All-Academic District VII honors for the first time in her career and Academic All-MWC and Scholar Athlete for the second year in a row. Freshman (2001): Started in all 24 matches in 2001 as a true freshman, including her first collegiate start against Cincinnati (8/31/01)...played in all 88 games during the year...finished first on the team and third in the conference in assists with 11.49 per game...had a season high 62 assists against St. Mary's College (9/22/01), along with four service aces against New Mexico (10/13/01)...recorded 144 digs to average 1.64 per game...had 40 or more assists in 15 of 24 matches, along with double-figures in digs four times during the year...finished with 16 service aces and 25 blocks...earned Academic All-Conference and Scholar Athlete honors. High School: A three-time All-District and All-Region selection at Brentwood High School in Brentwood, Tenn...also earned All-State and District Player of the Year honors twice...helped lead her team to the Tennessee State Championship three seasons in a row, and the District and Regional Championships four times...named the State Tournament Most Valuable Player and Purity Player of the Week in 1999...was a four-year letterwinner in volleyball, and a two-time letterwinner in softball...coached in high school by Barbara Campbell...an excellent student, she was on the honor roll throughout high school...chose Wyoming over several schools.
