High School: A three-time First Team All-CIF, All-Area and All-Bay League selection while attending South High School in Torrance, Calif...as a team captain during her senior year, she was also named the most outstanding player in the Bay League and the CIF Most Valuable Player...was twice named the athlete of the season and her team MVP during her career...as a sophomore, her team was the runner up in the CIF tournament...a three-year letterwinner in volleyball, she was coached in high school by Jeff Lin and Robert Kutsch...played for the Mizuno Long Beach Volleyball Club team which was coached by Joy McKienzie.
