UW - This Season: A good athlete with excellent skills...a two-year walk-on...gained good experience in her first season...is coming back from off-season hand surgery...adds depth to the defensive specialist position.
Freshman (2000): Played in 28 of 32 matches as a true freshman...started in 22 of those matches, including the last 12 in a row...played in 94 games...finished the year with 107 digs to average 1.14 digs per contest...added 18 assists and ten service aces on the year...had a career high ten digs against Utah (10/28/00)...an Academic All-Conference and Scholar-Athlete selection.
High School: The 1999 Maryland Gatorade Player of the Year at River Hill High School in Clarksville, Md...was a four-time First Team All-County selection during high school, plus First Team All-Metro as a senior...also earned Baltimore Sun Player of the Year honors that same year...helped lead her team into the County, Regional and State Finals...was a four-year letterwinner and three-year team captain in volleyball...an excellent student, she was on the honor roll and a member of the National Honor Society.
