Payment
2009 Cowboy Football Tickets may be paid for using Cash, Check, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, & Discover), E-Check (only available online), and Payroll Deduction (for UW Faculty/Staff).

First 50% of payment must be received by Feb. 13. If minimum payment is not received by this date, seat locations will be forfeited. All Final Payments must be received by March 16th.

Seat Back Rentals
Seat back cushions are available for $35 per seat for the season. When ordering, if seat back cushion quantity is less than season ticket quantity, please specify which seats you'd like the seat back cushions on in the special handling field.

Payroll Deduction
Full-time benefited faculty and staff members of the University of Wyoming have the option to pay for their season tickets using this method. The payroll deduction form is available online and must be returned with the renewal form prior to the deadline. Three monthly deductions will be made in July, August, and September; these payments will be as equal as possible.

Seat Changes
Requests to improve or move seat locations must be done in writing and either accompany the invoice or done online at the time of your renewal. The re-seating process will begin in Late March and will be done based on Cowboy Joe Club priority points.

Additional Seats
If you would like additional season tickets, please indicate the quantity on your order form or in the online comment box that you would like to add additional seats to your order. Additional seats will be allocated based on Cowboy Joe Club annual donation level and priority points.
