DATES TO REMEMBER
January 16 - Renewals sent out (tentative date)
February 13 - First Deadline - 50% of payment due. If minimum payment is not received by this date, seat locations will be forfeited
March 16 - Final Deadline - All payments must be received
Late March - Calls made for move requests
Late April - Allocate New Season Ticket Holders
July 27 - Single game home and away tickets go on sale
August 8 - Tentative mail date for season tickets
September 5 - First home game UW vs. Weber St.

Parking: Season passes will be handled only through Cowboy Joe Club. The Cowboy Joe Club can be reached at 307-766-6242.
Important Information:
If you request to move your season ticket location, please be aware that the new Cowboy Joe Club Donation will be required upon the move depending on the section. *Please see your CJC booklet for details HERE.
When renewing your season tickets, you can order additional Texas tickets up to the amount of season tickets you have.
Your additional Texas tickets will be allocated as close to your season tickets as possible, but are not guaranteed to be next to your season tickets.
Texas tickets that are still available after the renewal process will be offered in the following priority:
1. Cowboy Joe Club Members (Dependant on Donation Level)
2. General Public (If Available)
Student Tickets - Texas game (Sept. 12, 2009)
Pick-Up Process
Aug. 24 - Sept. 4 - Students pickup for Texas. Ticket Pickup is located in the Student Union at the Buyback Window.
Limit 1 ticket per student ID
